Member Event Request Form

The Sunburst Corvette Club encourages its members to put events together for members who like to drive, eat, and socialize.  Below is a form members can use to start the process of putting together a club sanctioned event.

Instructions:


Fill out the form completely.

 

If you have picked a date for the event, please double check on our event calendar that it does not conflict with any previously scheduled event.


It is suggested that you create a flyer for all members to let them know about the event.


If you have flyer, please attach it to the submission.


Once completed, when you hit "Submit Now", it will go to the board members for approval.


If you prefer to submit the form manually, please download the Event Request Form in pdf form below and forward it to events@sunburstcorvetteclub.com
